Design-Build
Forbes Architects and Forbes Construction offer Design-Build services as an alternative to the traditional Design-Bid-Build approach.

History
Forbes Architects was founded in 1985 and Forbes Construction & Development was later formed in 1994 as a Certified General Contracting Company. The construction firm later evolved into Forbes Construction, LLC in 2013 with the goal of providing quality design and business services.
John R. Forbes is a former adjunct Design Lecturer at the University of Miami and is a Certified General Contractor. The firms are licensed and insured to practice Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design in Florida.
Forbes Architects and Forbes Construction built solid client bases by emphasizing the delivery of services in a technically competent, timely, and professional manner.
We also offer design-build services to meet your most demanding budget or schedule requirements. We completely understand the entire design process and possess a working knowledge of various code requirements.
