FA will meet with your qualified prospect or tenant to develop a Space Program to identify their spatial needs.

Broker will receive a Space Plan within forty-eight hours of Space Program approval.

Broker will receive a Construction Estimate from Forbes Construction within forty-eight hours of an approved Space Plan.  The Construction Estimate will be within 10% of the actual construction price for the indicated scope of work.

If the prospect or tenant executes a lease or if the tenant renews a lease, Broker agrees to require Landlord to retain Forbes Architects for the rest of the project’s architectural work. 

Broker will encourage Landlord to retain Forbes Construction for the interior construction work if our construction estimate is less than the stated project budget or as mutually agreed.

Broker will use Forbes Architects for all of their Tenant Rep architecture needs.

Broker will provide building shell drawings in AutoCAD format.
